Who We Are
The Aqua Palms Owners' Union has been established by owners, for owners. Our purpose is simple: to represent the collective interests of Aqua Palms owners, protect our investments, and work towards improving standards, transparency, safety and management across the resort.
The Union is independent and operates solely in the interests of owners. It is not a political organisation or a commercial venture. Its long-term aim is to secure the support of a majority of owners so that owners can take control of the resort's management and replace the current mismanagement that has neglected Aqua Palms for more than seven years.
It is a collective voice for owners who want to see Aqua Palms become a safe, well-managed and attractive place to live, visit and invest.
Why Was the Owners' Union Created?
Owners have invested significant sums of money in their properties and have a shared interest in the future success of Aqua Palms. Many owners have also expressed concerns regarding:
- Resort maintenance and upkeep
- Safety and security
- Cleanliness and hygiene
- Management standards
- Protection of property values
- Communication and accountability
Whilst individual owners can raise concerns, it is often difficult for a single owner to achieve meaningful change. The Owners' Union provides a formal and organised structure through which owners can work together and speak with one voice.

Protect Property Values
For many owners, Aqua Palms represents one of their largest investments. Well-maintained and professionally managed developments are more attractive to buyers, renters and investors. Improving standards helps protect and enhance the value of every owner's property.
Improve Standards
We want Aqua Palms to meet the standards that owners reasonably expect from a professionally managed development — safe communal areas, effective maintenance, clean and hygienic facilities, professional management, and clear communication.
Build Evidence
The Owners' Union will coordinate the collection of factual information relating to issues affecting owners, including photographs, videos, incident reports, service concerns, maintenance issues, and owner observations.
Represent Owners
The Union provides a recognised structure through which owners can share concerns, discuss priorities, agree actions, and engage collectively with advisers and authorities where appropriate.
Promote Accountability
The Owners' Union supports openness, transparency and accountability in matters affecting owners and the management of the development.
